Terms and Conditions Guidetours-Thailand (GB Tours by TSB )
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made in writing or via email.
Bookings are confirmed once the customer receives a written confirmation and/or invoice.
Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed.
2. Payment
Payment terms are stated in the invoice.
Full payment or deposit may be required to secure the booking.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified by the company.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing.
Cancellation fees apply as follows (unless otherwise agreed):
More than 14 days before the tour: 25 € for administration / rest deposit refund
7–14 days before the tour: 50% of total price
Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of total price
Refunds are only made according to the above policy.
4. Changes to Tours
The company reserves the right to change the tour itinerary due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
Alternative arrangements will be made to ensure guests still enjoy a full experience.
If a tour is canceled by the company, a full refund or alternative tour will be offered.
5. Liability
Guests participate at their own risk.
The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses caused by third parties, natural events, or improper behavior by guests.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest.
6. Conduct
Guests must comply with local laws and cultural practices, especially when visiting religious sites.
The company reserves the right to refuse service to guests who act inappropriately, endangering themselves or others, without refund.
7. Data Protection
Personal information is handled according to GDPR and Thai data protection laws.
Data is only used to organize and operate the booked tours.
Guests may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
8. Force Majeure
The company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Thai law.
Any disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
